Francois Pralus's latest creation: 3 high cocoa milk chocolate bars and 7 dark chocolate bars, in 10 amazing flavors. The milk chocolate bars begin with a 45% cocoa content Melissa bar, then continue with the same base chocolate in a Ceylon Cinnamon bar and a crystallized caramel bar. The dark chocolate bars begin with a 75% cocoa content Madagascar bar, which also serves as a base for 6 bars with peppermint, vanilla, sweet orange, lemon, anis, and ginger flavors.
