Summary: not chocolate!
Comment: This is a unique product, with a completely different approach to the presentation of cocoa than anything I've ever seen from a chocolatier. This "chocolate bar" resembles nothing so much as coarse-ground unrefined sugar mixed with dry cocoa powder, with just barely enough cocoa-fat to bind it together into a bar.
The flavor is interesting and pleasantly novel, but the texture leaves me sadly wanting. Gritty and dry, it's like chewing on sugar crystals. I won't be buying it again.

Comment: The description of this chocolate is perfect. The crumbly light texture is unique in my experience; I have never had another chocolate bar like it. Imagine - Aztecs and Sicilians together in one chocolate bar! I have only sampled the coffee-flavored bar which was not heavily coffee but subtle in the flavoring. I am looking forward to trying the other flavors. I will let you know which is my favorite. I went to their web site but, alas, it was all in Italian. Thank goodness for Amazon; now I can order chocolate to be delivered to me.
