Summary: Company has false guarantees and lies, buyer beware!
Comment: I called Red Cooper and spoke to two customer service reps to be sure the item would be sent the following day (Tuesday). They both assured me that it would without any issue.
On Tuesday I called to get my receipt and tracking numbers and I was told they were not going to be shipped until Friday. When I explained that I was told by two service reps that they would be shipped Tuesday they essentially told me, sorry but we're going to take the $640 you spent and send them then anyway. They did not offer to ship them on the date they guarunteed to me, or offer me any refund for their false assertions and lies. I chose them based on that fact, and if I had known they did not respect, care, or both to tell the truth to their customers prior to getting their money, I never would have done business with them.
