From the icy waters of the Caspian Sea comes Dom Petroff Beluga caviar from the house of Petrossian, the worlds most esteemed purveyor of Russian caviar. The rarest of all caviars, Beluga is harvested from the largest species of sturgeon, weighing up to 2,000 lbs. This prized indulgence is known for its characteristic large-sized pearls and light- to dark-gray color.

Our Dom Petroff Beluga should be served simply with buttered toast points to compliment its delicate flavor and smooth texture. No further accompaniment is needed. The Belugas heady aroma and full flavor are best unmasked by such traditional accompaniments as chopped egg, sour cream, lemon, etc.

To plan servings, estimate 25 grams, or slightly less than 1 oz. per person, for a moderate portion as a single course in an entire meal, or up to 50 grams per person for a larger serving when the caviar takes center stage among hors doeuvres at a cocktail party.

We offer our Beluga in 50-gram jars and 125-gram tins.

Unopened the caviar will keep refrigerated for up to a month. Once opened, the caviar should be consumed within 24 hours.
