Summary: An excellent selection of cheeses
Comment: All of the cheeses included in this selection were a big hit at the department holiday party. The stilton with lemon was the one cheese that was somewhat unexpected. Cheddars, bleus and the soft cheeses (camembert and goat cheese) are generally cheeses which people recognize and know if they like them or not. The lemon in the stilton was unexpected, and therefore received more comments - but they were all favorable.

It's a good combination, and just right for a group of 15 - 25 people.
